Account & Login

Creating an account is straightforward. Head to the Register page, enter your mobile number, choose a username and set a strong password. Once that is done, your account is active and you can log in straight away. The whole process takes under two minutes. Make sure you are 18 or older before registering — No999 is strictly for adults.

On the Login page, tap the "Forgot password?" link. You will be guided through a reset process using your registered mobile number. Once verified, you can set a new password and get back into your account. If you run into trouble, the support team can assist you directly via the live chat on the platform.

No — each player is only permitted one account on No999. Duplicate accounts are against the platform rules and can result in your accounts being suspended. If you have accidentally created two accounts, contact support to resolve it before it becomes a problem.

Log in to your account and go to your profile settings. From there you can update your display name and contact details. For changes to your registered mobile number, verification is required for security reasons. If you cannot access settings, the support team can walk you through it.

Deposits & Withdrawals

No999 supports the most popular payment options used in Pakistan. You can deposit and withdraw using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR, so there is no need to worry about currency conversion.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed quickly — most requests are completed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. Always make sure your account details are correct before submitting a withdrawal to avoid any delays.

Yes, there is a minimum deposit threshold to keep transactions manageable. The exact minimum varies by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits generally have a lower minimum compared to bank transfers. Check your account's deposit section after logging in for the current limits applicable to your chosen method.

First, check your transaction history to see if the payment was received. Occasionally deposits can take a few minutes to reflect, especially during peak hours. If more than 30 minutes have passed and your balance has not updated, reach out to support with your transaction reference number so they can investigate promptly.

Bonuses & Promotions

After creating your account and making your first deposit, head to the Promotions page to see the welcome bonus available to you. Most bonuses are applied automatically after your qualifying deposit — no promo code needed unless stated otherwise. Read the terms on each offer to understand the wagering requirements before you play.

A wagering requirement means you need to play through your bonus amount a certain number of times before the winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place PKR 10,000 in total bets before you can cash out bonus-derived winnings. It is a standard condition across online gaming platforms.

Every time you play — whether on slots, live casino or sports betting — you earn loyalty points that count towards your VIP level. Higher tiers unlock better cashback rates, faster withdrawals, exclusive tournaments and dedicated support. Visit the VIP page for the full breakdown of each tier and what you can unlock.

Sports Betting

Absolutely. PSL, T20 internationals and major bilateral cricket series are all covered in the Sports section. You will find pre-match and live betting markets including match winner, top batsman, total runs, wickets and more. Odds update in real time during live matches so you can react to what is happening on the field.

If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, your stake is typically refunded to your account balance. For matches that reach the minimum overs requirement and a result is declared via Duckworth-Lewis method, bets are settled on the official result. Specific rules vary by market — check the Sports terms on the platform for full details.

Yes. Alongside cricket, the sports section covers international football leagues and tournaments, as well as popular esports titles. Whether it is a local football match or a major international esports event, you will find markets available. Cricket remains the headline sport for Pakistan players, but the full sports offering is broad.

Casino & Slots

RTP stands for Return to Player — it is the percentage of total wagered money a slot is designed to pay back over a large number of spins. A slot with 96% RTP will, on average, return PKR 96 for every PKR 100 wagered over time. It is a long-term statistical figure, not a guarantee per session, but choosing higher-RTP slots is generally a smarter approach for your balance.

Yes. The Live Casino runs 24/7 with professional dealers hosting baccarat, roulette, blackjack and other table games. Streams are in HD and you can join a table any time of day or night. The games are hosted on dedicated studio infrastructure so availability is reliable regardless of when you log in.

Yes — all slot games on No999 are fully playable on mobile browsers for both Android and iOS. No separate app download is required. The platform is optimised for smaller screens so the experience on mobile is smooth, whether you are on a 4G connection or WiFi. Visit the Slot Games or Slots section to browse the full library.

Responsible Gaming

No999 provides tools in your account settings to set deposit limits, session time reminders and cooling-off periods. Using these tools is a responsible way to make sure gaming stays within a budget you are comfortable with. You can also visit the Responsible Gaming page for more guidance on managing your play.

No. No999 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play. This applies to all game types — casino, slots, live casino and sports betting. If you are concerned about underage access, please make sure children in your household cannot access your account or device while you are logged in.

Everything You Need to Know About No999

No999 is an online gaming platform built with Pakistan players in mind. From PSL cricket betting to live casino tables and hundreds of slot titles, the platform covers all the main categories you would expect from a quality gaming site. Payments are handled in PKR and the most-used local methods — JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast — are all supported, which means there is no friction between you and your balance.

The FAQ above covers the questions we hear most often, but we know that every player's situation is slightly different. If something is not addressed here, the support team is the fastest way to get a specific answer. They are available through live chat directly on the platform once you are logged in.

Getting Started Without the Hassle

One of the things Pakistan players appreciate about No999 is how straightforward the onboarding process is. Registration takes a couple of minutes, deposits reflect quickly, and you can be placing a bet or spinning a slot within a very short window of creating your account. There is no long verification queue to get through before you can play — you set up, fund your account and start.

For players new to online gaming, the platform is laid out clearly. The main sections — Live Casino, Sports, Slots, Slot Games and Promotions — are all accessible from the top navigation and load consistently on both desktop and mobile. If you ever get stuck, the FAQ is your first reference point, and live support is the backup.

Sports Betting for Pakistan Fans

Cricket is central to the No999 sports offering. PSL matches, T20 internationals, and bilateral series all feature heavily with competitive markets and live in-play odds. For a Pakistan player following the national team or supporting a franchise in the PSL, the betting experience on No999 is designed to feel relevant rather than generic. Football fans also have solid coverage, and the esports section is growing as competitive gaming continues to pull in bigger audiences locally.

Playing Responsibly at No999

Gaming should be enjoyable, and No999 wants to keep it that way. Set a budget before each session and treat any winnings as a bonus rather than an expectation. The platform provides deposit limits and session reminders for players who want a bit of structure. If you ever feel like things are getting out of balance, use the cooling-off options in your account settings or visit the Responsible Gaming page for further guidance. Gaming is strictly for adults — 18 and above only.
