These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and no999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of no999 — including the website at no999.win, the mobile application, sports betting, live casino, slots, or any promotional feature — you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms are to be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are available on this website and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In case of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless a specific provision states otherwise.

To register and use no999 you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Your account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person. no999 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account security settings.

no999 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point by requesting documents such as a CNIC or passport copy, proof of address, or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

All deposits and withdrawals on no999 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or Easypaisa typically reflect in your account within seconds. Raast and bank transfer timings follow standard interbank processing schedules. Card deposits are subject to your card issuer's processing time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by no999 within the timeframes published in the Help section, which vary by payment method. You may only withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your own name. no999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

No currency conversion: no999 does not apply currency conversion on any transaction. Your PKR balance reflects the actual PKR value in your account at all times.

no999 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods — which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms here and the terms stated on a specific promotion page, the specific promotion page terms take precedence.

General principles that apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as real money.
• Bonus funds have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds that are not wagered before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Attempting to withdraw real money while an active bonus is attached to your account may result in the bonus being voided. Check the specific promotion terms before requesting a withdrawal.
• no999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit terms, or misrepresentation of eligibility — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

Sports betting on no999 covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), football, Esports, tennis, basketball and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. no999 is not responsible for technical errors that result in clearly incorrect odds being displayed; such bets may be voided at our discretion.
• Bets placed after the start of an event are void unless explicitly accepted as live in-play bets by the platform.
• The minimum and maximum stake per bet are displayed in the bet slip. Stakes outside these limits will not be accepted.
• For cricket, the match result is determined by the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a no-result or abandonment, match result bets are typically voided unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result has been officially declared, in which case that result stands.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets: if one leg of an accumulator is voided, the remaining legs stand and the odds are recalculated without the voided selection.
• Cash out: where available, cash out values are calculated by no999 at the time of the cash out request and are final once accepted. Cash out may be suspended or unavailable during certain events or for certain bet types.
• Bet settlement is final once confirmed. Queries regarding settlement must be submitted within 30 days of the settlement date.

All casino games and slot titles available on no999 are supplied by certified third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The outcome of every game round is independently and randomly generated.

• Slot game results are final once the spin has completed and the result has been displayed. Disconnection during a spin does not void the result — the outcome is determined server-side and will be reflected when the connection is restored.

6. Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the platform.
7. Sharing account access or operating accounts on behalf of third parties.
8. Placing bets with knowledge of corrupt activity, match fixing, or non-public information.
9. Attempting to exploit technical errors, miscalculated odds, or system vulnerabilities.
10. Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or with the experience of other users.

no999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure platform availability, accuracy of odds, and continuity of service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted, no999 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from your gaming activity beyond the return of verified deposits in cases of proven platform error.
• Losses resulting from delayed or failed internet connections on your end during live betting or live casino sessions.
